1. Adjust the parallelism of the guide rail of the clamping part. Use a precision level to make longitudinal horizontal rough adjustment on the two quenched guide rails (lift the adjustable sizing block to make the air bubble of the level in the middle), and use a parallel ruler to span the two guide rails. Place the level on the parallel ruler to make horizontal horizontal rough adjustment. The adjustment diagram is shown in Fig. 7-1. For large and medium-sized combined injection molding machines, the level is also used to adjust the parallelism of the injection guide rails, Install the locating pin connecting the mold clamping device and the injection device, and tighten the connecting bolts and nuts.


2. Inspection and adjustment of levelness of guide column of movable formwork. Use a precision level to adjust the longitudinal and PEG level on the guide column. The level shall be placed horizontally first and then vertically. Repeat the measurement and adjustment until the requirements are met. A parallel ruler across two guide columns is also required for lateral measurement. Allowable tolerance: transverse ≤ 0.16mm/m; Longitudinal ≤ 0.24mm/m.


3. Inspection and adjustment of parallelism between formworks. The parallelism of the movable formwork and the formwork reference plane has been adjusted at the time of delivery and is generally stable. However, due to transportation and installation, this parameter may change. Therefore, inspection and adjustment shall be carried out after installation. The adjustment of this parameter shall be carried out by professionals.


4. Adjustment of coaxiality of nozzle and mold positioning center hole. The coaxiality of the nozzle and the positioning center of the mold shall be adjusted after the horizontal and vertical horizontal adjustment of the template and the body. The adjustment method is as follows.

1) Loosen the fastening screws connecting the front and rear supports of the injection seat guide rod and the machine body; Loosen the lock nuts on the horizontal adjustment bolts on both sides of the front support of the injection seat guide rod.

2) Measure L1, L2, L3 and L4 respectively in the horizontal and vertical directions along the diameter with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of more than 0.05mm. Pay attention to adjusting the horizontal adjustment bolt to make L1 = L2 during measurement; Adjust the upper and lower adjusting screws so that L3 = L4. The measurement error shall not be greater than 1 / 2 of the coaxiality given in the following table.

3) When adjusting the coaxiality of the nozzle and the positioning center hole of the mold, due to the change of the guide rod of the injection seat, distortion may occur, causing the gap between the screw and the barrel to shift and wear. Therefore, while adjusting the coaxiality of the nozzle and the positioning center hole of the mold, the level of the guide rod of the injection seat must also be measured and adjusted (the tolerance value is ≤ 0.05 / M); Measure the clearance between the screw tail and the barrel with a feeler gauge.
